Since a crippling plant fire devastated our entire manufacturing operation in 2006, Herb UK has grown from a point of near collapse to a company that delivered a net profit growth of 18% during the recession. Much of this success can be attributed to a growing global demand for organic hair products, but other significant factors, such as the focus on total quality practices and the introduction of sustainable initiatives, have also helped create a sea-worthy business that is riding the waves of a turbulent niche market.
